2.0 Infinity Trays by Staal Plast: Active Aqua presents its new and improved 2.0 Infinity Trays. These premium UV-stable High Impact Polystyrene (HIPS) expandable trays are designed for commercial installations. Compatible with standard 4 feet wide and 5 feet wide benches, these trays are 100% recyclable, even after many years of constant use.

Interlock Design: The 2.0 Infinity Trays comprise of End Trays, Middle Trays, and Division Trays. These components interlock to form one continuous grow tray, allowing users to maximize the utilization of their available square footage.

Tray Setup Requirements: Each 2.0 Infinity Tray setup must comprise the following elements in consecutive order: (1) End Tray with Drain, up to 7 Middle Trays, (1) Division Tray, and (1) final End Tray. This includes (1) End Tray with Drain, measuring 6.5 feet in length, 1-7 Middle Trays of 6.5 feet each in length, a Division Tray of at least 4 or 2 feet length, and (1) End Tray of 6.5 feet length.

Sealing Process: For optimum performance, the Staal Plast Polystyrene glue [STP3010, sold separately] should be utilized for permanently sealing each joint in the trays. For more detailed instructions, please refer to the 2.0 Infinity Tray Installation Guide.

Tray Additional Info: These trays are proudly made in the USA with a low profile of 2.5-inch height. There's no arch lip, which allows you to maximize your inner tray space. The maximum tray length is 65 feet. Division Trays can be customized to size (top of block only). The trays are made from UV-stable High Impact Polystyrene and are recyclable, along with the presence of shallow grooves for easy cleaning.

Recommended Use: These trays are recommended for use with Active Aqua IZON Rolling Bench Systems, Active Aqua 4x8 Rolling Bench (AARBK48), IGE Benches, as well as standard 4 feet and 5 feet wide benches.
