Their filtration process isn't reliant on a mesh on the filter's body but occurs within the filter's interior.

Perfect for Grow Tents and Small Spaces: If you have a small space, a cabinet, or a grow tent where placing the filter inside the room isn't feasible due to space constraints, these Active Air Inline Carbon Filters will prove extremely handy. You can place them outside the grow room and extend the ducting from them into the room to filter the air. You also have an option to place the fan outside the room, if desired.

Superior Two-Stage Air Filtration Design: The air in this Active Air Inline Carbon Filters is purified twice - once when it enters the filter, and then again as it exits. This two-stage filtration design provides optimum filtration.
